Summer in Stauffer Begins
Morning Worship in Stauffer Chapel starts this week! Bible class will begin at 9AM, with worship service starting at 10:15.

Kings Camp
King’s Kamp is a week-long Bible camp in Idyllwild for boys and girls entering 4th through 8th grades Sunday, July 28 to Saturday, August 3. Register by May 3 for $350 or by June 14 for $350. After June 14, the cost is $375. Additional campers from the same family are $300. Camp is limited to 120 campers and draws from churches of Christ throughout Southern California. Pepperdine Legacy Partners will continue our tradition of serving dessert and coffee in the evenings at Harbor and could use some help in these two areas: 1) helping prep by cutting & plating desserts from 2-4 PM and 2) help man the event in the evening from 7:30-10:30 PM. This Sunday’s message will be delivered by Eric Wilson. We are excited to celebrate with you and your families this Sunday, and we encourage you to invite your friends to join us on such a special day!

Easter Egg Hunt 
This Sunday, there will be no children’s Bible classes or youth group (John Wilson’s adult class will meet). Instead, please have your children meet in Plaza Classroom 191 with an Easter Basket and two dozen filled eggs (candy or cheerios/goldfish for the younger kids). Please have your teens meet outside of Elkins. The kids will stay in PC 191 for a special Easter lesson while our youth group teens hide the Easter eggs for the hunt!

Missions Sunday Update

Babysitting Night

Campus Ministry Formal
Come dance the night away at the Sandbar Patio on Saturday, April 6, at 7pm. The theme is the roaring twenties, A Little Party Never Killed Nobody, and there will be a taco man serving up hot tacos all night! Come dressed to impress!

Manna Food Donation
The Benevolence Committee will be collecting the April Manna food donation this Sunday (April 7). The most needed items are as follows: instant coffee, ground coffee, tea, hot cereal, flour, sugar, shampoo & conditioner, mayonnaise, canned pinto or refried beans, tissues, canned sardines, and canned soup (not tomato or chicken noodle). Please leave bags of food at Jerry’s tree. Thank you so much for your generous donations!

Church-Wide Service Day

Help Needed at Harbor
Pepperdine Legacy Partners will continue our tradition of serving dessert and coffee in the evenings at Harbor and could use some help in these two areas: 1) helping prep by cutting & plating desserts from 2-4 PM and 2) help man the event in the evening from 7:30-10:30 PM. Missions Sunday Update 
Thank you to everyone who supported our missionaries last Sunday! We have currently collected $18,677.15 for the missions fund. For the next two Sundays, we will continue to collect contributions for the missions fund. Please prayerfully consider contributing to these efforts over the course of the next two weeks!

Church-Wide Service Day
We will be having a church-wide service day on April 13th at the Malibu Community Labor Exchange and Manna Food Bank. Click this link to sign up for the service day. All-Church Fast
The prayer ministry of UCC and the Spiritual Formation team of Campus Ministry are inviting our church family to consider fasting April 1-21 (ending on Easter Sunday).  The purpose of fasting is to renew our reliance on God.  We desire to become more dependent upon him as individuals, but also as a church family.  We desire to come together in unity to pray for each other and to call upon the name of the Lord.  Please consider joining us!  We realize this may not be possible for everyone, but we do petition everyone’s prayers for this time period.  Fasting can be done in various forms:  fasting from certain foods, for instance, chocolate/sugar; fasting from a specific activity, such as social media or watching TV; or fasting from one or meals in a day.  Look for more information in the days to come about what this time can look like!

Marriage Announcement
We are surprised and delighted to announce the marriage of Laura Fehlbaum and George Zarafili on Thursday, March 14.  They intend to celebrate their vows at the Branch Church of Christ in Dallas, where Laura grew up, sometime in the coming months when family members can be present. Kings Kamp
King’s Kamp is a week-long Bible camp in Idyllwild for boys and girls entering 4th through 8th grades Sunday, July 28 to Saturday, August 3. Register by May 3 for $325 or by June 14 for $350. After June 14, the cost is $375. Additional campers from the same family are $300. The camp is limited to 120 campers and draws from churches of Christ throughout Southern California.
