Note from Andrea Zahler
“Hello, church family.  After much prayer and talking with trusted friends, I have accepted a position at Lipscomb University as the Associate Director of Spiritual Engagement and Development and will be moving to Nashville in June.  While I am hopeful for this new life before me, I am also mourning that I have to leave this place and its people in order to take it.  I feel rooted here with you,  I have grown in my faith and calling because of you, and I will always thank God for you.”
Andrea’s last Sunday with us is THIS week. Andrea, we are so thankful for your love and commitment to our church family. You will be dearly missed.
HRL is having a come and go reception on the Beaman Patio (outside of Oasis at the Waves Cafe) on Thursday, May 30, from 3:00-5:00 PM for both Andrea and Andy Swartz. (Andy and Kammie will be leaving for Missouri in July – more info to follow). All are welcome to come by the reception to bid them farewell, but please rsvp to

Thank you for your patience and feedback as we transition to a primarily digital platform for our bulletin/order of worship on Sunday mornings. We are excited about the printing cost savings, as well as the ability to utilize more features of the app as we move forward (such as sermon notes and weekly readings together). Please check-in with Teller or Linda if you have questions/suggestions about how it works!
